We, Ad Astra Information Systems (“Ad Astra”), are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.  This Privacy Policy describes how we, Ad Astra as a controller, collect, use, process and share your personal information we collect on this Website (www.aais.com) and other channels as described herein.  This Privacy Policy also outlines the options you have regarding your personal information.  If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use our Website or submit a “contact us” request. 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data we, Ad Astra as processor, utilize on behalf of our clients in the fulfillment of contractual performance obligations.  The restrictions of data usage for clients when we are operating as a processor are outlined in those agreements. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information collected offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Ad Astra or any third party.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy.  As our business changes constantly, our Privacy Policy will change, too.  When we make updates, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on our Website and update the “Last Updated” date.  We may, in our sole discretion, notify you via an email notification if there are material changes to this policy.
