What is the Midwest Summit?
The Midwest Summit brings together the brightest scheduling minds across the region to make meaningful connections with other educational leaders and walk away with actionable steps to improve course scheduling. More and more academic leaders want to move toward a more data-informed approach to academic program review and academic planning, yet struggle with what data points are meaningful and accessible.
Join us to learn how you can use data to understand the health of your academic programs and consider implications for academic planning. Ad Astra is excited to showcase the newest strategies and best practices around course demand analytics, registration monitoring, and room scheduling during this year's event.

Learn how Ad Astra has partnered with UMKC and the Hispanic Development Foundation to close equity gaps. Today’s university students need clear paths to completion through productive, reliable, and conflict-free schedules to maximize their productive progress. Through this partnership, Ad Astra will identify strategies that close equity gaps and better understand how to promote equity and advance progress toward degree completion across HDF scholars, KC Scholars, gender, race/ethnicity populations.

As partners, Ad Astra and Acadeum can solve common scheduling challenges. Using data-driven insights to maximize course scheduling and leveraging a network of like-minded institutions to fill gaps and expand academic capacity, we are helping colleges and universities boost student and institutional success.

More and more academic leaders want to move toward a more data-informed approach to academic program review and academic planning yet struggle with what data points are meaningful and accessible. Join us to learn how you can use data to understand the health of your academic programs and consider implications for academic planning. *Bonus - submit your academic program review or academic planning process to us before the workshop and our consultants will provide you with some customized recommendations on how to incorporate meaningful data into your plan.
